Teach
A primary goal of our organization: to dispel stereotypes about the homeless as well as teach and learn about the grave, age-old tragedy of homelessness.
Aid
Providing aid through informational brochures, food/clothe distribution, donations, and encouraging those around us to help.
Care
Provide the element that is often forgotten: a caring disposition. We strive to find caring volunteers, cognizant of the dignity and humanity of the homeless.
A Call to Action for Housing Security
The simple act of turning a key in a lock and shutting the door to one’s own home is a privilege many of us in New York enjoy without a second thought. Yet, it's a profound blessing we should acknowledge and cherish more deeply. Help us ensure that everyone can experience the dignity and security of calling a place their own.
Community Involvement
Striving to be a reliable and trustworthy ally to the unhoused community, we prioritize relationship building with the residents of local homeless shelters. Our approach involves actively listening to their needs, advocating for better resources, and working collaboratively to visit local shelters, giving a platform to those with experience of homelessness to share their stories, organizing fundraising events, and hosting community wide workshops to foster community-wide involvement.
